Heels Choreo

For folks who want to jump into the sexier styles of pole but are beginner level or building confidence. The style of pole dance will vary from slow and sensual to sassy and bootylicious.  At the end there is time for getting video content and photos of you looking hot in your new heels. No pole heels? No problems - you can borrow some! 

Pre-requisites: None! This class is suitable for total beginners and up, come as you are! All levels are catered for.

  • Pole-specific heels (like Pleasers or Hella Heels ) with an ankle strap and a platform are best - they provide support and help with balance. Avoid regular fashion heels, as they don’t offer the same stability. If you’re unsure, you can start barefoot or in socks and transition to heels when ready. Unsure? You can borrow a pair of ours!

  • The focus is on musicality, fluid transitions, and confidence-building self-love. You’ll learn a choreographed routine incorporating pole, floorwork, and sexy movement. Heels technique, posture, and safety tips are also covered so you can move powerfully and gracefully. This class varies in style and can include booty techniques, self-touch and lots of hair flicks!

  • Not at all! Whether you’re new to dancing in heels or already comfortable, the class is designed with modifications for all levels. You’ll learn how to move safely, confidently, and fluidly while building strength and control. If you want to start somewhere less ‘sexy’ we suggest our Pole Dance class.
